There's quite a good, strong start. I also really liked 0:55-1:24. I really loved the guitar or whatever sound that came out around the 1:24 and was jazzing it up until it disappeared a few seconds later. I wished there had been more of it. It was a pretty good sound and fit the piece well.

I think the drop at 1:36 was fine if you were going to end it at 1:44. You instead continued the song for an extra like 10 seconds. I think that might have been better as a drop into another minute worth. That's what it felt like it was going towards and then it just decided to end, but it's fine as closing the song out I suppose. 0:35-0:45 is kind of my least favorite part. I think the bass holds for too long. Especially around the 0:43-0:44 mark, but that could just be me.

Overall I think it has a lot of potential. Keep up the good work.

Thank you! I had a bit of trouble deciding where to go with this one. It was especially hard getting the ending

Wow this is great. You should make more of this. In the meantime, I'm going to leave this on repeat for a while.

PandaThePanda responds:

Well now i need to make more for sure!

Sounds like the main menu music to some indie space game.

SharkwithSideburns responds:

Ayy thanks!! :)) that's awesome

I got to hand it to you, this is hands down the best remix of the song that I've heard. I'm glad to hear you won. You managed to do what few are able to do. That is to make a remix of a song that can stand on its own, but also has enough of the original song to remind you of where it came from.

X3LL3N responds:

I know right ? I felt the same ^^

It's not bad, but I do feel like it might fit Dub-step genre better than ambient. I think the only improvement it needs is to be part of a much larger song. It could do well as a background track.

RealBlargMaster responds:

I hate how the songs I posted that I dislike most get the most views. Thanks for the review. I'm not building on this piece any, though

It's pretty good. My only issue with this is it's not long enough.

TsetsukenMusic responds:

I'll keep this in mind and possibly release a longer version!

I felt the intro was a bit long, but aside from that it's pretty good.

MoraLity7 responds:

Thanks, however keep in mind that long intros are a defining element of progressive (house) music.

Overall it's pretty good. It reminds me of Stardew Valley. It has some good transitions. I do have to say that the 0:27-1:02 and the 2:25-2:43 sections sound pretty similar. I think the 2:25-2:43 section would have been better if you had say added 1:11-1:18 wobble sound or something similar into the background like you did somewhat with in 1:30-1:35. I also think it could have been a bit longer. Perhaps as long as the 0:27-1:02 section, or longer if you had switched out some of the sounds in the background for the second half.

In fact, going with both of those ideas, I think the 1:30-1:40 area should have had the wobble sound coming it in more and more. If you had done that, I think you should have also made it say 10 more seconds longer, so you can some more time to bring it in. I think this would have helped build up the 1:38-1:40 transition a bit better and it would have had a nicer drop.

Again overall it is pretty good. Those are just a few things I noticed that I think could have been improved on. I may have been a bit too nit picky, but oh well. Thanks for the good song and keep making good music.

Chliz responds:

Thx! This is a very expiremental song, so I do need some constructive criticism. I will take this into consideration as summer continues and I start to make more tropical house :D

Dude, you totally stole this song from another guy under the name of OskarTopp, that publishes here on Newgrounds. You can find the original song here at: http://www.newgrounds.com/audio/listen/705403 Not cool man. Not cool.

MOProduction responds:

dude i am oskartopp

Normally I only download something if it's at least a 5, but I liked yours enough that I didn't want to condemn it for the sudden stop at the end. I would change that to a fade, if I were doing it. It would make a lot easier on the ears.

GearHawkAccel responds:

Yes, I don't know what happened at the end when the MP3 was made but I haven't really worked on fixing that problem :S Anyway, thanks for the review.
